What you’ll build.

Utah CFP Class is the clearest first step for students seeking a Utah Concealed Firearm Permit. The four-hour, in-person lecture follows the state’s minimum training curriculum and fulfills the firearms-familiarity training requirement for the permit application. Students learn safe loading, unloading, storage, and carrying practices alongside Utah laws governing concealment, transportation, self-defense, and use of force. There is no live-fire component, making the course approachable for new gun owners and experienced students alike. Completion of the course does not replace the separate application, eligibility, fingerprinting, photo, and fee requirements administered by Utah BCI.
